Sent an e-mail prior to my arrival in Vegas. Received a response back that night with some general kind words and a phone number to call once I was in Vegas. Called her when I said I would, she picked up 2nd ring, General short conversation, planned to have her call me shotly before our meeting time. From begining to end China did exactly as she said she would, and It couldn't have been easier. Once you meet her you will know what myself and other reviewers have stated. Lovely woman with a genuine personality.
