Answered phone right away and was immediately impressed by how friendly and down to earth she sounded. She was available within an hour. Called about 10 minutes before she was due to arrive and explained that she was running about 10 minutes behind. She arrived on time for the adjusted time. I was pleasantly surprised. Her pictures had caught my eye, but Heather's pictures do not do justice to the true beauty of this lady! We talked for a few minutes and Heather made me feel comfortable right away. Heather excused herself to the bathroom and told me to get comfortable.
