This woman is definitely a gem. YMMV, but I got treated really well. I was running late because since it was an AM appointment, I brought her coffee, (caramel iced coffee from *-Bucks), and the place had 2 employees and 1,000 customers. She was cool about it , kind, &, understanding and thankful for the coffee and croissant. She greeted me with a smile, warm hug, and LFK. YMMV, treat her with respect, kindness, don't smell bad, and you will be rewarded. Non-VIP's, she is awesome.
