Easy to make appointment via text. Received address as well confirmed my choice to meet this fine Japanese beauty. The only issue I had was the address provided was not the address indeed. It was cold outside and I was told, via text, to wait outside and someone would get me. I waited and waited some more, about 15 minutes in total. I would have left after 5 minutes if I did not want to spend some time with Makiyo. I was met by the employee of the spa who took me upstairs, walked me in, then had me sit in a chair in the dark for about 10 more minutes. My patience was waning. There has to be another way. Based on this experience alone, I won't go back to this spa until I know that they have worked out these kinks.
