Low budget hotel located in east Windsor. Easy to get to off the highway. She said to text when i got there. Took a full 15 minutes to text back. After battling my way thru the parking lot and litter, i made it upstairs to her room. It smelled like dog piss and garbage but she was welcoming. Non vips, run.
