The booker was a mess. Booked two times with the provider I wanted but both times the day of I was told that they forgot to put me in the books so I couldn't see the provider I wanted. No apologies and didn't give me the spot even though I booked first. Mikoto herself was good. She is on the thicker side, more so than the pictures.
