I emailed Nicole about a week before I wanted the appointment. She thankfully got back to me right before I left for my trip. I would suggest you contact her more than a week in advance in you are a first time customer. We exchanged several emails and she did a check on me to make sure I was OK. Once verified, it was easy. I emailed her my information where I was staying in DC and she called m on the way. She likes wine (merlot) and chocolate so I had both waiting for her. When she arrived, she walked into the room and she was bettr looking than the pics on her web site. (and her web site pics are HOT). She gave me a hug and walked into the room. VIP's read on
