My first time with Kennedy (and my first time with a provider.) Appointment booked via e-mail strictly following her instructions on her website. Response time to e-mail inquiry varies from few hours to over 24 hours. Had to reschedule 2 times due to my unexpected personal emergencies, yet she was very understanding and still agreed to meet with me on my 3rd attempt. Very approachable even via e-mail, which helped me tremendously since this was my first time booking a provider. In-call location address and directions provided the night before the appointment. Kennedy was very approachable and accommodating. Intelligent, creative, and eager to please you. In-call location is very comfortable: clean, quiet, just the right temperature, and infused with pleasant but gentle aroma. Highly recommended.
