My initial contact was via text. She responded within an hour. We made an appointment for later that afternoon. She gave general area on the text and requested a call when I was close. She didn't answer when I called but I got a text back saying she'll be 15 minutes. Stephanie was very professional. She is licensed and the massage proved out…excellent. I left happy and plan to go back.
