Sara was very friendly when picking up and doesn't seem to be in a hurry to get me off the phone. I arranged for a meeting on a Sunday night, and fortunately she had an opening. (Understandably) she asked me some detailed questions, as she hadn't seen me before, seemed OK with my answers and did the standard 2 call system to guide me to her studio in SW Portland.
