Amber has been long time provider in Michigan (Muskegon, Kalamazoo and Detroit) Very polite but no nonsense. I've been seeing her intermittently over the last 15 years. She is on-time with her appointment and hygiene is both ways (expected and provided) especially patient with beginners.
