Previous reviews had said that she can be a little hard to get a hold of. I had tried to get a hold of her in the past, but hadn't really put in a great deal of effort. On this particular night however I called, she didn't answer, but five minutes later she called back, and we arranged an appointment. My God was I glad I did.
