Typical 3 call system - once to set appointment 45 minutes later, then when I got close - given exact address - then for security code for gated parking lot. Athena met me in the parking lot and escorted me into her condo/apt.

Extremely cautious is an understatement! But I guess I understand. Required other provider reference and identification - thought she was going to require a note from my mother, though!
