Natalie has a very bubbly personality. It's clear that she enjoy what she does. She loves to talk and enjoy making you feel at ease. She gave me a very good massage with her supper soft hands. On the flip side, she discussed the available menu. I went for the full package. For non VIP members, I would recommend the experience but beware that you may not have access to the full menu on your first visit.
