Kayla is very easy to setup with, even this being my first visit. Detailed directions ensures you know where to park and guides you in and out of the nice location to ensure you don't run into anyone else. Took me upstairs to the third floor and explained where to place the donation. Follow up text after first contact provides all the fee and options. I especially liked the follow up from Kayla after the visit, good costumer service IMO. Rose was as expected, sweet and beautiful.
