Melissa is an energetic woman in her 30's who is eager to please and performs well. Unfortunately, I (and from what I've read others as well) have experienced issues regarding every other aspect in dealing with her. Setting up was easy, but the actual appointment was difficult which I will explain further below. I will not repeat based off of my experience.
