Called Amy in the afternoon. She answered. I asked about an evening appointment. She was available, booked it, and asked me to call her 1 hour before to confirm. I did, she answered again and told me how to get there. Perfectly clear instructions. Once inside, she greeted me with a very warm, extended hug. She was wonderful all around. Excellent GFE.
