Met her at her place in SF, she was open and welcoming. Dressed nicely in casual clothes, she gave me a warm hug and then spent a few minutes chatting and getting the final things set up. Well worth your time and I recommend the FBSM+

Called and got a text back very quickly, easy to set up at her in call, a hotel room, for the next day. Texted when I got to the parking lot, did not hear from her for about 5 minutes, texted again, she got back to me saying she was running behind. in the end it was worth wait. Will be seeing her again.
