It was my first experience with a provider, and was quite nervous. I called Missy and she answered right away, and was very casual and relaxed on the phone, and we were able to set up an appointment for an hour and a half from then and she gave me the location. I called apon arriving, she gave me the room number and I went on up. She greeted me at the door with a smile and a hug, put me at ease immediately, and wasted no time calming my nerves..
