Kate is an awesome gal. As a newbie, she guided me through the screening process and arranged everything very professionally. She has a great pad in edge of Minneapolis. New building. Once there, she took care of me 100%. Offered me a drink (scotch), we chatted and then got to business. She knows what she is doing and how to take care of you. Definitely recommend and worth a try!
