Emailed Ginger to set up a time and received a quick response from her assistant, who was also very friendly and helpful. After the date was made I did receive a welcoming email from Ginger to confirm, and assure me that she was looking forward to meeting me later that same day. She also provided me with the necessary info to complete the two call type system that she uses. All was very easy and I will repeat!
