First, the agency: This was my second time with the agency. Very easy to set up, usual 2-call system. I got there on time and was buzzed in. The apartment wasn't as nice as the previous condo, but it was OK. Towel on the floor was soaked wet, no one cared to change it. A bit disappointing.
