I saw she had a review but couldn't access it at that time. I should have waited for the review to be available to me, I am new to the hobby and this was my first horrible experience. Fairly normal 2 call system except she kept me waiting for an hour. From there things went downhill. Non VIP AVOID AT ALL COSTS! VIPs Read On!

After the second day of no hot water because of a leak in the water heater tank I decided to grab a room and clean up a bit. Not wanting the room to go to waste I called up Nikki and made arrangements for her to come by later that day. Nikki had been on my radar for a while and I decided to go for it one early Wednesday afternoon.
