As a first timer I was looking for someone who other reviewers mentioned had a good attitude and was reliable. I was not disappointed in any respect with Julie. She is a very cute girl, very enthusiastic, and made things very comfortable for me. I would highly recommend to anyone who is just starting out in the hobby.
