Joy’s service has a smashing reputation. Before I got to Philadelphia I contacted Joy to get approval and to inquire about an outcall. A bit of back and forth, but we finally were able to coordinate both a day and time for Kate to drop by. When Kate arrived it was a totally Wow! Moment.
