Adorable girl. Has an easy friendliness that helps avoid the awkwardness that sometimes characterizes the first few minutes of meeting a new provider. We spent some time just having a drink and conversing. She seemed to like to have that time to get at ease with each other, and I know I have found that to make a session more enjoyable, so was more than happy she wanted to -- especially since she indicated such pre-conversation time was "off-the-clock". The conversation wasn't just pro forma, either. Not just the weather, sports, where are you from and what do you do... etc. She's a bright girl and even when conversation swerved to things like earthquakes, COVID/immunology, etc. she was right there with me.
