I emailed Abby on Wednesday for a Thursday visit. I tried calling her phone but the VM on both lines was full. She replied to email and explained that she was taking a day off and the phones were still lighting up like a Christmas tree! She said she would call me Thursday morning just to touch base but a Thursday appt. sounded great to her! We talked briefly the morning of, and set everything in stone.
