Janie is a sweet young woman who sincerely enjoys pampering and taking care of her clients. Making the appointment was easy with just a reference and she was able to fit me in on the same day. She has an easy to find West Seattle location and gave great driving directions. Cute, clean, warm and perfect on a cold day in Seattle!!!
