I emailed Kim a few days ahead of time. I was worried about verificationa as I only have a couple of reviews so far. Actually Kim made the process super easy, and the whole business of setting up the appointment was painless from my end. Kim is first class and proffesional all the way in this department. Got an email confirming the date and place a couple days ahead of time, and a text msg. and email the day of confirming exact location. Can't stress enough how setting up everything was top notch and painless with Kim. Once I actually got to see her it got even better...
