Found Heather's website and sent an inquiry to book months ahead of time. Her communication was on point. Prompt replies and what felt like a genuine enthusiasm to communicate. As it was my first time inquiring with a provider she was very accommodating and confident. She encouraged me to do my research and make an informed decision. Once I committed and deposit sent I received a formal confirmation in my email of our date. On the day of our meeting Heather was communicative and exactly on time.
