Elena was easy to get in touch with, made the screening process quick and simple. We set a time and the moment she walked through the door I knew we were going to have a great time. She was confident, but sarcastic and her blue eyes are absolutely piercing. She made the whole thing feel comfortable and natural and was happy to take charge of the session or let me call the shots.
