Setup was easy by text and a quick phone call the morning of. One point she makes is to be sure you’ve read her website — Please do so before you reach out, as she goes out of her way to point out her unique aspects and she doesn’t want you to be surprised. The location is in an apartment building, and McKenzie will come out to let you in from the sidewalk at your appointment time. We go to the small studio apartment (where we are introduced to the cat). McKenzie makes you feel like she really cares to make you happy with your choice, and so she merits your attention.
