Emailed initially through the address provided on her website. The screening process was pain free and quick, her assistant Kathy was prompt with her responses and was really polite in her correspondence. There was no communication problems the day of. The only complaint I had was the location was a little far away from central Chicago but besides that experience was really nice.

Reached out to her with text through the number provided on her website. She responded quite quickly and screening was also painless and easy. However her attitude during the session could use a lot of work. Her responses were reluctant and uncaring and seemed like a transaction than an experience.
