She is a nice lady in her mid-30s and very polite and accommodating but rather busy so it maybe a while to have a meeting - I admit I expected a bit more based on the reviews I have read, but no regrets in going to see her and meet her. Nice time overall; if you have a VIP, you can keep reading.
