Easy to setup, e-mail for the first visit , you will then be provided a phone #, directions to her place are easy to follow. Upon arrival sign at the door ask that please remove your shoes, cleanliness is not a bad thing. Once inside you are warmly welcomed, there is a little chit-chat, and possibly a drink.
