I dialed her number and she picked up. She was very nice right from the start and answered some basic questions for me. Very easy to make an appointment. I arrived and she greater me with an open door. She immediately made everything easy and relaxed. Within a very short time it seemed we knew each other for a period of time. Nothing about her seemed superficial. She had a very natural flow in how she spoke with me. Very kind and polite and very easy overall in conversation. Best first encounter I have had in all the years I have been doing this.
