I reached out to the agency and they were very helpful, answering all my questions in a clear and straightforward way. The time was scheduled smoothly. I arrived a couple of minutes late, but it was no issue at all. I rang the bell and a gorgeous Colombian woman opened the door, greeted me with a kiss on the cheek, and welcomed me in. She invited me to come into the room, offered me water, and we arranged the payment. The place was extremely clean, which made me feel very comfortable.
