I called Cecy and left a message. She returned my call within 2-3 hours. I do not speak Spanish and her English is good but I had to listen very closely and ask her a few times to repeat. Nevertheless, it was easy to set an appointment. Her hours of operation are between 9:00am and 11:00pm.The day of the appointment, she sent me via a text message her location (which is a beautiful gated community). Once at the gate, I called her and she gave me the entry code and unit number of her condo.Once at the door, she very discretely opened the door and... this is when I knew my fantasy ride would come true...VIPs, read on. Non-VIPS, she is f'ing unbelievably good!!
