Booking was easy and communication leading up to the appointment was smooth. The location was clean and discreet, and she looked close to her photos. However, from the moment I walked in, she seemed distracted and was frequently on her phone. Her limited English made it difficult to communicate clearly, and there were several awkward moments throughout the visit. The session felt distant, with little engagement, and overall did not meet expectations.
