She took my money, counted it while I was in the bathroom, and then said I was short (by the amount I already paid as a deposit…which was the purpose of the deposit). I paid her again, then she claimed she had a package to get at the front desk (unlikely because she had changed hotels 10 minutes before), and said she was going down there while I showered. Then she texted me and said she ran into a stalker and needed to call the police and talk with the front desk, at which point I left.
