Just saw Gemma after her return from her East Coast tour. Verification was reasonable and quick. Once verified, she contacted me via phone to go over details of our visit. She was friendly and came across as being genuinely interested in making the experience great. Met at her hotel room near O'Hare. Was sure glad I didn't have to go into the city with the Cubs Rally going on. Communication was great and she had the door opened for me as I arrived at the exact agreed upon time of noon. For you non-VIP members, I will definitely repeat.
