Very easy to communicate with and there was no waiting around for replies. I set up an appointment, did a simple verification and she met me on her porch. Seeing someone like this is rare for me, so it was a little awkward. But she made me feel comfortable and explained her "do"s and "don't"s. There weren't many don'ts! She never rushed and I had a lot of fun. I left very happy and hope to see her again soon.
