She gives a pretty good massage on top of other things. I would say she left me feeling much more relaxed. I would recommend her company. She allowed me to choose the area of focus for the massage and was able to located inflamed muscles without me telling her. I have tight calves and she really targeted those. She focused on them for 20 minutes and left me feeling quite loose. She then allowed me some additional support which I will describe later.
