Melody had 2 phones and was on them the entire time. For the 5 or ten minutes she did not have her speaker phone on, or was leaving and listening to recorded messages, several from men, or was not in conversation on the phones - with women and men, she seemed bored, seemed almost unable to make eye contact, because when they were not in her hands, she was looking at her phones. This is not the business for her. When the phone kept ringing, and she kept answering, I got up and said, "let me know when you're finished, and we'll start then." She seemed to agree, but, in spite of all the time she spends talking to people, her communication skills are poor.
