Read her reviews, she sounded like my type, so decided I wanted to see her. She has limited availability and I knew she was going to be difficult to schedule. So, I contacted her via email about a month in advance of my desired dates and provided my references. She got back to me right away and again a few days later to confirm the appointment once my references had come through.
