Typical booking process, I got into LA a bit late on a business trip and then had a bit of a hard time finding the apartment complex. Called the # got the booker, setup an appt in midtown after lunch. I got there early called back and she moved the appointment up. Once I got to the door she buzzed me in and gave me directions.
