Over the past couple of months, tried to reach Cassandra but to no avail. Never seemed to pick up or otherwise respond to my messages. On a recent weekday, I was going to lunch from work and decided to try her on a whim. Called, VM and left a message. Surprisingly she called back less than 5 minutes later as pleasant as can be. We scheduled a 1/2 hour nooner for 30 min later and I was off to the ATM. Drove to her convenient location in a not so great part of the Valley. Summary for all you non-VIPers, Cassandra is the real deal and gives wonderful service. Catch her while you can...
