I texted Jess and she responded quickly and professionally. Due to a last minute schedule change, I wasn't able to meet at my original date and time and Jess was very nice and seemed to understand. She is great to communicate with and helped me feel comfortable by getting on a call with me. We were able to sync my schedule and we had a great time together. For non VIP members, I wholeheartedly recommend meeting Jess.
