First time with the agency. Verification was easy and communication was good. I moved up the time of my appointment last minute and they were very nice and flexible about it, but that meant I had to change the model I was seeing to Alina. I received directions upon arrival, got to the room and rang the bell... no answer. Had to walk back to the lobby to get cell reception and was told I had the right room but she was probably sleeping and had to try again. Not a good start and it didn't get much better. Vip's read on. Non-vip's, I recommend the agency, but don't recommend Alina whatsoever.
