Saw Janessa in Garden city once and it turned out to be a one in a lifetime visit (see my other review of her). Had to see her again, so I booked an hour, this time in the city (NYC). It should be noted that getting through to her can be VERY challenging as she almost never picks up her phone when she is in NYC.
